The "precip rate > 60 inches per hour" bug still exists... A trace of snow in Lansing P0000 pulled that alert up.

The "precip rate > 60 inches per hour" bug still exists... A trace of snow in Lansing P0000 pulled that alert up. Yes, this bug definitely still exists. It should be an easy fix, I just haven't gotten around to doing it with so much else going on. I believe the ob in question (or one that must have been similar) was: METAR KLAN 112132Z 36014G21KT 1SM R28L/5500VP6000FT -SN BR SCT008 BKN011 OVC025 M01/M02 A3016 RMK AO2 P0000 = The runway information screws up the code responsible for decoding precipitation, so, I just need to do a quick patch to ignore any P group that is not preceded by a blank space and/or does not conform to {1}[0-9]{5}
I'll try to fix this soon... I've been meaning to add a variety of fixes in addition to new upgrades to the METAR placefiles for a while now.
